Last Updated: August 2, 2026
PureSight Technologies Ltd. (“PureSight“, “we“, “our“, or “us“) respects your privacy and the privacy of your children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our child safety service, applications, and website (collectively, the “Service“).
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information provided by you directly, and information collected automatically from monitored devices to provide the Service.
A. Information You Provide Directly (Parent Account)
- Registration Details: Full name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Monitored Child Profile: Name (or nickname), age, gender, and profile photo (optional).
B. Information Collected Automatically from the Child’s Device
To enable protection and monitoring features, the application collects the following data from the monitored device:
- Browsing History: URLs of websites visited across all browsers.
- App Usage: List of downloaded applications and detailed usage duration for each app.
- Location Data (GPS/Wi-Fi): Real-time physical location of the device, location history (up to 30 days), and geofencing alerts.
- Social Media and Messaging Monitoring: Analysis of posts, messages, and chats across social media and messaging apps (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Viber) to detect harmful content, bullying, or inappropriate language.
- Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and unique technical identifiers.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service and Protecting the Child: Filtering harmful websites, monitoring applications, tracking location, and generating real-time alerts for the parent.
- Generating Reports for Parents: Presenting consolidated activity reports on the account dashboard.
- Improving Detection Technology: Enhancing algorithms to identify harmful content and cyberbullying.
- Technical Support and Communication: Responding to service inquiries and operational communications with the parent.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your or your child’s personal information with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
To operate and deliver the Service, we rely on trusted third-party technical service providers. We may share collected data with these entities solely to the extent necessary for them to perform specific tasks on our behalf:
- Infrastructure and Cloud Hosting Services: Secure cloud computing and storage providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services [AWS], Google Cloud Platform) that host our databases and servers under strict encryption and access control protocols.
- Analytics and Technical Performance Tools: Specialized technical providers that assist us in monitoring app stability, diagnosing crash reports, and maintaining operational performance.
- Communication and Support Tools: Third-party platforms used exclusively to transmit transactional communications (such as system alerts, parent notifications, and password resets) or to manage customer support tickets.
Contractual Safeguards: All third-party service providers are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and confidentiality obligations. They are explicitly prohibited from accessing, using, storing, or sharing your data for any purpose other than providing the contracted services to PureSight.
Legal and Corporate Exceptions: We may also disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or enforceable governmental request, or in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, or acquisition, provided that the successor entity agrees to abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data Retention Period: Routine activity data (such as location and browsing history) is retained for the time necessary to provide the Service and is subsequently deleted or anonymized. Account details are retained as long as the account is active.
- Account Deletion: Parents may request the closure of their account and the deletion of all identifiable information collected about them and their children at any time. For deletion requests, please contact us at: support@puresight.com.
5. Information Security
PureSight implements advanced technological and organizational security measures (such as data encryption in transit and at rest, alongside strict access controls) to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute immunity.
6. User Rights (Parent Rights)
Depending on applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR, CCPA, or Israeli Privacy Protection Law), you hold the following rights:
- Right of Access and Review: To view the personal information collected under your account.
- Right to Rectification: To request the correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): To request the deletion of your and your children’s personal data from our systems.
- Withdrawal of Consent: To remove the app from the child’s device, thereby halting data collection.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for use by parents or legal guardians only. The installation of the app and data collection from the child’s device are carried out solely with the explicit consent and instruction of the parent. We do not collect information from children without prior authorization and setup by a parent.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice, website update, or email.
