You want to block certain website that is not blocked right now by the software.
Please follow those steps to check your the Web activity reports to add/remove your requested site:
1. Right Click on PureSight-PC icon 
on the system tray (located on the lower right corner of your screen)
select the "Preferences" option.
3. Click at the left panel on the Kid/User/Member that you want to mange,
example: “Default”
4. Click on “Reports”.
5. Inside the “Report” you will see the option “view report by:”
If the site were blocked Choose “Allowed URL" or " Blocked URL” and press “Generate Report”, as follows:
6. Report Result window will open
7. A window will open showing the site address that you want under “Site address”.
Chose “Allow access to site” or “Block access to site” to Enable or Disable to the listed site:
8. If you wish to enable the entire site address mark also use “Consider entire domain”.
9. Click on “OK”.
10. Click on “Close”.
11. Click on “Apply” to save your selection.
12. Close the PureSight-PC preferences window.

or “Block this site” button, as described in the example:

Note: Sites can be enabled or blocked by our Web filter under Categories:
You can block the website's that you requested or you are the site will be listed under your "User lists",
that manually let you chose if a specific site will be Allowed or Blocked.
