I'm having problems connecting to certain web sites, what can I do?

You got the massage that your requested website is blocked with the following details:

Blocking Reason: Surfing websites of the following category
Category: (Weapons, Hate, Adult, Shopping, Chat..etc…)


Please follow the steps:

You want to override once our Web filter:
1. Click “Override”.
2. Enter your Administrator password.
3. You will be able to get into the site that you requested until next time you will try.
Privacy notice: We suggest that you to the browser window when you don’t need it anymore.

You want to permanently override once our Web filters by Custom list:
This is probably because you are blocked due to the software filter under one of those parts: Under Categories – one category is enabled and blocking your website the you requested, because it's under our blocking categories. Or you are blocked it’s enable in your User lists, that contains sites to that is manual Allowed or Blocked.
