I forgot my PureSight Administrator password, what do I do?
1. Right Click on PureSight-PC icon 
on the system tray (located on the lower right corner of your screen)
2. Select "Forgot Administrator Password"
3. A “Forgot Administrator Password” window will open:
Press on the "Authenticate" button:
8. Press on the "OK" button
9. Your administrator password has successfully changed.
For PureSight ver 6.X

Press on the "Authenticate" button:
4.You will be asked to enter your permanent activation key that you received when you first installed PureSight identification
5. Press the "OK" button.
7. When the new ID is accepted the “Authenticate Statues” will change
from “Not verified“ to “Verified“
Enter a new Administrator password,
re-type the password again on the confirm field below
