My PureSight-PC icon has changed
The PureSight-PC icon is located on the system tray, on the lower right corner of your screen,
It's changing according to the software status or modes:
1. PureSight-PC icon
- is in operational status. 2. PureSight-PC icon
- is in Admin mode (Disabled). 3. PureSight-PC icon
- Activation Key is Missing or expired. 4. PureSight-PC icon
- Installation was damaged (some files of the installation was deleted or corrupted) PureSight-PC icon hes disappeared
You can control if the PureSight-PC icon will be displayed or not.
Please follow those steps:
1. Click on the windows "Start" batton.
2. Inside programs click on "PureSight Technologies Ltd", then click on "PureSight PC", then click on
PureSight-PC icon
.3. Right Click on PureSight-PC icon
on the system tray (located on the lower right corner of your screen)and select "Preferences"
2.2 Enter you Administrator password and click “Ok”
2.3 Inside of the Manager General Settings tab Click on the "Settings" button
in the Advanced Settings area
2.4. The Advanced Settings window will open
2.5. Go to "Tray Icon"
2.6. Choose the option that you prefer for displaying or hiding the icon:
2.7. Click on "Apply"
2.8. Click on "OK".
2.9. Click "OK" again to close the PureSight-PC preferences window.
