 Products > PureSight PC Features Instant Messaging Filtering Puresight PC allows you to track your children’s conversations when using Instant Messaging software. Puresight PC adapts itself to your needs, allowing several levels of filtering that:
1. Track conversations: With Puresight PC you can track each one of the conversations your children are holding online. We encourage you to take a look at these reports and look for any suspicious content, even when your children chat with class friends, to be aware of net-bullying and grooming.
2. Conceal keywords: This is one great feature! As parents, there are lots of words you don’t want your children to see. In addition, there are other words you don’t want your children to type to strangers online, such us their address or school name. Puresight Parental Control allows you to make a list of forbidden keywords that in turn, will be concealed in real time3! Of course, you will receive a report when a forbidden keyword was used.
3. Block Chat Partners: With Puresight PC you can have full control of the people with whom your children are chatting. You can also allow a restricted list of chat partners (such as family and friends), or block any contact with suspicious chat partners.
4. Restrict Online Time: You can also limit the time your children spend using Instant Messaging applications. The limitation can be to a quota of hours per day, to a limit of time per conversation, or both. Once the limit is exceeded, Puresight PC automatically closes any open Instant Messaging applications.
5. Block Applications: Maybe you don’t want your children to use instant messaging at all. That’s ok. With Puresight PC you can completely prevent any instant messaging usage.
