UK students volunteer to be Cyber Mentors
In an effort to stop cyber bullying, 150 Students from the University of Plymouth at Devon will be recruited as volunteer mentors for young computer users.
The Cyber Mentors will help computer users in south west England to protect themselves in addition to training them to become mentors. Young computer users with a problem and will be able to leave a message for a Cyber Mentor or chat online with them.
Volunteers should be between the ages of 18 and 25, have regular internet access and be able to use social networking sites. They are only required to spend two hours a week volunteering.
