Keshaun Harley, an honor student at Ridgeway High School in Memphis, Tennessee, has been suspended from school for the rest of the school year because of something he wrote on a friend’s status on Facebook from his home computer, not during school hours.

The student, who attended a University of Southern California College of Accounting summer program over the summer in hopes to go there when he graduates, is now concerned about his future.
